Process Consultant for formulation of the National Rural and Renewable Energy Programme (2012-2017)
Description of Project |
The elements of the DKK 400 million UNNATI programme focus on:
• Value chain and agribusiness development Special consideration was given to designing the programme in a post-conflict context and to the inclusion of marginalised groups of society. Considerations were given to donor coordination and harmonisation as well as to develop synergies with other Danida supported interventions e.g. linking agribusinesses up to renewable energy schemes supported by the National Rural and Renewable Energy Programme and to the Danida Business Partnership Programme; and working closely with the Human Rights and Good Governance Programme. UNCDF was identified to implement Access to Finance under a delegated cooperation modality. The M&E framework for the programme was developed in accordance with the Standards established in the DCED M&E framework. |
