GrowthAfrica is the experienced growth partner for African entrepreneurs and international companies scaling their business in and across Africa. The organisation runs one of Africa’s leading accelerators for post revenue startups and an advisory arm which supports the development of business and business opportunities for private companies as well as development partners.

The advisory arm provides services in support of African entrepreneurs and assist entrepreneurial international companies set up and grow their business in and into Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Zambia. At the core is the identification and matchmaking with the right local partners aimed at rightly anchoring the business.

The advisory team provides its clients with strategic as well as hands-on assistance where and when it is needed. The company has, since it was founded in 2002 in Nairobi, provided clients with advisory services and operational support based on strong local insights, experience and network paired with a solid understanding of what makes cross cultural partnerships work.

Human Resource Development Centre (HURDEC) Pvt Ltd was established as a management training and consulting organization in early 1990. Its mission is to facilitate people-centered development by strengthening capabilities of (i) government agencies, (ii) local bodies, (iii) donor supported projects, (iv) national and international NGOs, and (v) the private sector. We work to influence policy reforms, strengthen institutions, enhance competencies and ensure organizational capacities to address development issues.

(DCL) is a Tanzanian consulting firm operating primarily in the fields of agricultural economics, agribusiness and SME Development including value chain analysis, and international trade. DCL offers services for research and short-term studies, policy analysis, and capacity development – in Tanzania and abroad.

Professor Andrew E. Temu of Sokoine University of Agriculture serves as the company’s Executive Chairman.
